I at at the Restaurant Arbor twice and loved it both times. Nestled in the heart of Sud Tyrol, this restaurant is not typical of the region. While the ingredients are local, the food is much more refined. The restaurant is run by a husband/wife team. He is the chef and he has a subtle hand with herbs.
