What sortilegus likes about Arbor:
I at at the Restaurant Arbor twice and loved it both times. Nestled in the heart of Sud Tyrol, this restaurant is not typical of the region. While the ingredients are local, the food is much more refined. The restaurant is run by a husband/wife team. He is the chef and he has a subtle hand with herbs. I loved the carpaccio of wild boar with local herbs and shaved parmigiano cheese. The risotto was top drawer too. The... View all feedback.
