Amazing food at the hotel restaurant, good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Slow internet.

Nice and helpful staff The anti Covid measures were good at both hotel and restaurant Nice entertainment areas if you're travelling with kids The food at the restaurant was good. Nice atmosphere with Tirol music. sufficient parking options squeaky wooden staircase the room might feel a bit cold to some people (mid September it was not heated)

Horrible food, good service; however, our server wasn’t appropriately knowledgeable about the menu. The risotto with apple and cheese was undercooked, watery and salty. The cheese plate for 3 people was sparse. The bread was cold and tasted store bought. Our encrusted beef was so salty it was inedible, full of salt, sage and rosemary. This was layered on uninspired, sparse veggies and a cold square of mashed potatoes. The apple dessert’s pastry was dry and crumbly with tasteless apples in a sauce that was forgettable. The whipped cream was odd. The only tasty and good things we were served were the grapes on the cheese tray and the sauces from the same tray. One was horseradish and apples the other ginger and apples. Overall, a waste of time, money and energy. Food went back uneaten and not a word of query from our server. Just a hand out for money. Don’t go.
