I had to inquire about my order, and they just pointed to a b... read more I ordered through the app to skip the long wait, but when I arrived, I felt completely overlooked. I had to inquire about my order, and they just pointed to a bag that had only 2 out of the 14 items I had requested. With a noticeable attitude, they rushed to pack the rest of my order, making it seem like I was bothering them. To make matters worse, the items were not as fresh as those from other locations in Vineland.

Unfortunately, the blueberry muffin was hard and stale, and my friend who sampled the donut said it tasted stale too. I always believed donuts were supposed to be fresh, but these were quite disappointing. I wish I had taken a picture of the muffin; it looked like someone had dropped it and then just put it back on the shelf—it was all squished on top!

I speak slowly, politely, and clearly, yet they still get my order wrong. This is the worst Dunkin' location in Vineland. I’m not sure if it’s due to a lack of care or knowledge, but neither bodes well for their business. Their menu doesn’t help either.

Every time I order coffee from them, it tastes burnt. Overall, I found the experience quite disappointing.
