Subway Mackay - Vine Creek

You can always count on Subways to deliver the meal you expect. This one is no different than every subway all over the world.

For lunch and the staff where great food was good and place was clean nice place to stop for a feed.

I had my meals from here during my short stay in Mackay, quick but healthy food with vegetables. Helpful staff. Will visit Subway if I need something to eat

Dropped in for lunch on friday after a long day on the road. Asked for a footlong and a kids pack with a roast beef sub for my son. Everything was great until we had to pay. Jodi the only staff member working rang up the items and told us the price. After paying we asked if we get the kids drink ourselves to which she replied that she didnt charge us for a kids pack. I told her i asked for one and i knew she heard me because she looked at the overhead board to make sure roast bèef was included in the deal. She threw her hands up rolled her eyes and said i wasnt charged for it then went to serve the next person and left me at the till. She then became more angry when she heard my son crying because he couldnt get his toy. Another staff member finally turned up and after explaining the situation we finally got out kids pack. Great food as always from subway but staff let us down this time
