all more or less correct. the squids tender but lacking of all salt. the rich boquerones, they were very fresh, although they also lacked a salt coat, but sansable, the richest of the food. The potatoes were well tasted although the whole was a bit dry. I would have put a light sauce to relieve this or an egg yolk itself as a sauce. lack of desserts. good coffee.
