What User doesn't like about Chez Gerald:
Service was very slow, barely even attended to. Water came after bread....Onion soup was definitely not traditional and tasted like gravy. Ordered Paella and looked like Risotto, ordered steak medium rare and got medium well, fish was warm when I got it and got cold as I was half way through. My family and I had an amazing experience at Chez Gerald in Valparaiso. The new menu was delicious and everything we ordered, from appetizers to dessert, was fantastic. Our server, José, was friendly, patient, and attentive, answering all our questions and providing helpful recommendations.
