Her vegan pho is not so great that insisted that they use does not have so much taste. also they forgot to add tofu, so we had to send it back, but they fixed that fast, but tofu itself was not so delicious. definitiw had much more luck in vietnam with eating. I think they should work on the recipe to improve the taste.
I ordered a rice noodle stir fried with tofu, mushrooms and vegetables. it was very delicious, probably the best I ever had! also the part was huge!
