I waited 5 minutes at the counter in front of the staff as she prepared other orders without being acknowledged. I eventually sat down to wait for her to finish, while other customers entered encountering the same issue. After 20 minutes waiting to place an order I decided to leave. It's a shame because the bagels look tasty and the atmosphere looks nice.

The ham and cheese bagel was fantastic, and the peanut butter bagel was also very nice. The portions are super generous and the prices are more than adequate for the quality of food and service.

The only downside is that the cappuccino and flat white could be stronger. If this were improved, the restaurant would be close to perfect. As it stands, it is still very good.
