L'Absinthe - Restaurant du Saut du Doubs

I had only one drink, but that was the traditional Absinth brew, served in the traditional way (a typical icy water fountain slowly falls water into a pierced spoon filled with sugar placed on the glass). it was great.

This place is perfect for lovers of food and nature. it is located near the waterfall, opposite the river. the eating is delicious and tastes the whole part of france has to offer. friendly staff. I advise you to drink an absinthe, as the ritual is impressive.

We all ordered the menu salad/plate of meat and cheese/fruit salad (and the side Fries exchanged for a larger salad) and we were all very full. tasting local products (main course) is very difficult! I recommend you to be a meat lover to order it (what I am not, but my family is). this is a very informal place, but the prices are very good again: to think if they are not a meat lover
