At this particular Starbucks the employees apparently make their own hours and only show up when they feel like it. When the FINALLY DO show up, they are nasty, unhelpful and downright RUDE! No problem, I'll just walk over to Dunkin. Terrible customer service!! Don't bother going unless you want to be aggravated! View all feedback.
Sad that I am forced to leave a star. This place should be shut down. Staff are hostile and abusive to customers. Turning around and shouting to fellow staff members in Creole! I am writing this review so that you avoid this **** hole and it's miserable staff keep driving .... Far far away! I was told I cannot have a coffee hot? Because I would be charged extra for everything because it's hot? I have been ordering the same coffee beverages from Starbucks for years! I never heard of such stupidity! I should charge you for wasting my time and stopping here! AWFUL Also please be advised the pictures on this site do NOT reflect the quality of staff that actually work here.. they are an entire new level of customer service I have not seen before. Shame on this franchise for not monitoring its employees.

This quick coffee break at Starbucks was good. It’s at the rest stop while on the way to Albany from NYC.Service was good.
Stopped for bathroom break. One of the few rest areas open. Most are under replacement or renovation.
Ordered a medium, gave me a small, too busy yapping
