Great Wall Chinese

The takeout container I received was disappointing. I usually don’t have high standards for American Chinese food, but their fries were lacking any vegetables and flavor. As for the sesame chicken, you'd be better off with frozen PF Chang's—just to give you an idea of the quality.

The food was undercooked and lacked flavor, making for an unsatisfying meal. I'd only recommend the fried rice, as it was somewhat decent compared to the rest. Overall, I expected more for the price.

You need to change your hours so we could get food at 12 am

I ordered two items from the lunch menu along with some wontons, but they only provided one lunch item and both wontons while charging me full price for both. When I politely inquired about the missing item, they seemed confused and attempted to charge me again for it. I chose not to escalate the situation, but it’s disappointing because the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the customer service suffered due to language barriers. I’m willing to give them another chance in the future, but this experience felt like a rip-off given the cost.
