If you want the feeling of your neighborhood bar while visiting West Point, stop at South Gate Tavern. Eating was okay, stay from friend ravioli. They definitely have cold beer, but even better, the conversations with the bartenders. Both have the feeling that I've been regular for years. Just remember to bring cash, they do not accept CC, but they have an ATM on site. View all feedback.

It is a museum of great West Point memories. The beer flows the exotic West Point connected drinks are too many to count. George Amon knows how to like his customers. Go!
Great service and very accommodating. We had great time.
You have to read all of the memorabilia on the walls. Absolutely an amazing place. This place should become an Historic Landmark
Typical bar food, bartender was not that skilled, we had to chase down our server to pay our bill
