I had a very unpleasant experience with a rude staff member over the phone. I called to ask a simple question about adding lettuce to an order, and the young lady who answered responded with a really bad attitude. When I inquired about who her supervisor was, her attitude only got worse. I called back to place an order and, once again, encountered the same disrespectful behavior when I asked for her name.

When I called to ask a simple question about adding lettuce to my order, the young lady who answered was quite rude and had an attitude. I mentioned I was on hold previously and asked to speak with a supervisor, but her response was not helpful at all. When I called back to place my order, I encountered the same attitude again, and when I asked for her name, I felt I was given a dismissive response. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service.
