I go to the Dunkirk location in the mornings sometimes to get at least a tea. Your morning staff is amazing and on top of their stuff! I always see happy faces and I get politely spoken to as soon as I get in! Your staff have even memorized my order and know what I like! Man on grill was Super rude yelling out orders for pick up.. I finally realized it was part of my order and I did not get my Muffin they were out of hash browns he tells me oh you should have got your muffin by the register. Extremely Rude to his customers for a lead. He had glasses and talked with a sweet girly voice but was not sweet at all. View all feedback.
Good coffee visited during busy hour and surprised how fast served.

On march 5th 9:30 while sitting in side had to hear workers swearing and bashing people in drive thru.i think owners should really talk to them.i will not return
Every time I come here they make my iced coffee so so so good. The Tim hortons in Irving gives me brown water every single time I go. I love that I can count on this tims to give me the coffee that?s worth paying for! The line does take a while sometimes but I work at McDonald?s and completely understand what?s going on inside the building when I?m in line. Thank you!!
The service is good, maybe a little faster but they don't have enough workers, I think! The food and drinks are very tasty and coffee is do hot! Hot cocoa, very good.?
