I ordered an item that was unfortunately out of stock but the customer service attendant provided me with an alternative menu option that soothed theruckus going on in my stomach. Man, lost in traffic, hungry constipation was knocked out with one visit. And my taste budswere happy too.

The drive-thru line always takes ages, and if you go inside, they prioritize the drive-thru, which means you end up waiting a long time, too. Please address the issue with your wait times! Waiting 10 minutes just to place an order is absurd!
