What Brian L doesn't like about Dunkin':
Hit or miss. Only a few actually understand how to make a drink. Extremely long waits during slow times. Constantly mixing up orders and pricing is all over the place for the same order. I want to be nice here, hence the 3 star rating but this is absolute chaos for a Dunkin. If it wasn’t for the few good employees who are occasionally there, it would have been a 1 star. I came through at the last minute and the were still really nice and made me a grilled cheese 5 minutes before close when most would've told me no way. They made my night! Very nice workers. Dunkin makes a really good grilled cheese by the way, I love them. these new iced lemon loafs they have? Omg I love them so much. View all feedback.
