Staff are almost always friendly, orders are accurate %95 of the time, speed in drive thru is unparalleled. Menu selection is what you'd expect from Burger king, nothing unusual.I've updated my review to reflect the continued quality of food preparation, drive thru speed, and effort put in by all shifts of the burger king staff. They work very hard to ensure order accuracy and have surely secured the throne as the best fast food restaurant in cobleskill. Kid-friendliness: Staff are friendly to kids and kids meals have kids activities packaged in. Not a good choice for regular dining but if you're unable to make dinner, or as a treat occasionally, burger king is good for kids, and has a lot to offer in food options. Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors and ramps, as well as an accessable bathroom, make this restaurant easily accessible for most.

Got a chicken sandwich. Noone in line and the employees were talking and ignored us for at least 10 minutes. Other then the cashier, the food was very good. I like their coffee.

I'll be honest- I love burger king's food! They're fries are salty and good and when you ask for off the frier for your food so it's more fresh, they give what you ask. The food is not something I have an issue with, nor is their speed with getting me fed, or their atmosphere. Although, when they had messed up my order to the point where I wouldn't eat it, I had gone back since I was dissatisfied and still hungry since I didn't eat any of the burgers I had received since they were made with mustard (which I do not eat). We were polite and showed them what we ordered vs what we got, and none of the workers had an issue with remaking our food for us since they had messed up, but one worker, Dawn, went out of her way to yell at me that they hadn't made a mistake and infact it was my fault for not ordering right after she had listed off what I ordered true to how I ordered it, which was not in fact what I had received. She then insisted they take our burgers back (which I'm fairly confident is not allowed since we had already taken it from them and had it in our possesion, regardless of us not eating them). And I had no issue with her taking the burgers I wouldn't eat, but I do have an issue with how she treats their customers, especially since I am a frequent flyer at burger king.
