What Jabare Smith doesn't like about Starbucks:
I arrived at Villa Rica Ga location this morning to buy 2 boxes of coffee after driving 45 minutes from Atlanta to do a production job and the young lady tells me they don?t have travelers to sell. Starbucks what kind of business you are operating? I could have easily went to Dunkin which I will for now on. View all feedback.
I ordered a latte and a grilled cheese sandwich. When I approached the counter, I noticed about nine employees behind it—half seemed to be working, while the others just stood around, scrolling on their phones. After a long wait, my latte was finally ready, but it had whipped cream on top. I informed the staff that I hadn’t ordered it that way, and they agreed to remake it. When they did, the same person added whipped cream again. I complained once more, and they explained that the employee was in training. However, there was no supervision to guide him, and it was clear he didn’t realize that a regular latte shouldn’t have whipped cream. I also noticed at least two other customers having issues with their orders, and one woman appeared quite frustrated. It seemed like there was a lack of leadership or management; the situation felt chaotic yet strangely controlled. The employees seemed disengaged, almost like they were just on autopilot during their shifts. Honestly, I would rather drive to Carrollton or Douglasville than ever return to this location. It was a disappointing experience—one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks. They finally got my latte right on the third try, and there was no apology, as if this kind of service is considered acceptable.
I visited the Villa Rica, GA location this morning to buy two boxes of coffee after driving 45 minutes from Atlanta for a work project. Unfortunately, I was told by a young lady that they didn't have any traveler boxes available for sale. Starbucks, what kind of business are you operating? I could have easily gone to Dunkin', and I think I might choose them from now on.
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and greets you with a smile every time! They take your order quickly, and the drive-thru service is smooth and efficient. The food is fresh, and the drinks are made to perfection. I especially love the seating areas, which have convenient outlets for charging laptops and phones.
I consistently rate this Starbucks five stars! I stop by every morning for a drink before going to work, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. On the rare occasions when they accidentally add cream or milk to my order (since I can't have dairy), they are always very accommodating when I request a dairy-free alternative. If I had to pick one barista to highlight, I truly couldn’t choose just one because they are all fantastic!
The coffee was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The internet was a bit slow, but it was still sufficient for my needs.
