O'charley's - Villa Rica

First of all, I want to say that I love this place. Come as often as I can. But the last time I was there, our Nina server was incredible. I and my company make very happy. She made us smile all the dinner. To keep looking at us and make it ten times better. Because of Nina, I will definitely be back. Thank you.

We dined at the Villa Rica location on March 11, 2022. Stephanie Wise was our server. She did an excellent job! Our food was hot and came out quickly. The loaded potato soup was very good. Stephanie made sure we never ran out of tea (or rolls). Definitely improved from my last visit!

Cassie was our server. She took excellent care of us and checked on us regularly. If you go to this O’Charleys I highly recommend you request her as your server!

Stephanie our server made it all a great experience. Kitchen was a bit slow but not one time did we have to ask for anything. She was right on it. Cups never ran dry, did not have to ask for anything she was right there with what was needed or asking if we needed it. She was also training someone so she had a lot going on and still never had to ask. She was even great with the little ones at the table and made them feel important. Thank you Stephanie for the job well done.

Incredible service from Halie. She was so professional and kind. She kept making sure everything was good. Btw food was amazing. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to I’d have to say the service from this young lady deserves to get a raise. Outstanding food outstanding service. Every time I go hopefully I will be greeted by that professional young lady. Another lady who helped make my night I believe her name is Desiree. Continuously checked upon our table was very patient with us and made us laugh. Our nights couldn’t have been anymore complete due to both of these ladies. They genuinely both deserve a raise. Can’t wait to come back.
