Jefferson's - Villa Rica

My man, I and my parents visited my daughter and her family in the tempel. on the way home we decided to bring my parents to jeffersons in villa rica. we were at the locations in cartersville and rockmart and always have a great experience. we went at 15:45. the server were at the bar, and they all talked. they saw us coming in. we were never recognized. we sat on a table. we were not brought with a menu. my man stood up and went forward and picked us 4 menus. we have to sit there for 10 minutes. the server have deleted tables, but have not yet recognized us sitting there. I told my husband I wanted to go and that we didn't deserve to be ignored. we have been up to leave at 4:03 a.m. and one of the servers said: have a great day I said, wow! they will not acknowledge, pay customers when they wait to order, but they will acknowledge us when we go on to be honest, I didn't even want to give this place a star!

This is a very pleasant place to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed relaxing and the food was great. Our waitress Kayla went above and beyond to take care of us.

We decided to go out to eat for the first time in forever. We got seated fast but waited for a while before our waitress came over. Once we ordered our food we waited for over 40 minutes to get our order. When my food was handed to me my food was cold including the fries, I asked her to send it back to get remade so it would be hot, she brings out fresh fries and then a few minutes later brings my food back out and it was still cold, I don’t even think they redone it. My husband’s burger was not warm either but he ate it anyways. Our waitress only checked on us 2 times while we were there, I guess they were to busy standing around talking in the kitchen the kitchen door was open so we could see everything going on in the back). We also watched another waitress playing with her hair in the kitchen and then picked up food to take to another table, that is very nasty. It was not worth the $60 that we spent and we will not be coming back to this location again.

The company was great, had lunch with a friend. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but overall just mediocre. The food was room temp, but was edible. I had such high hopes since I had heard such great things. But it was just so-so. May or may not go back. Nothing spectacular, but not terrible.

My husband, 2 kids, and I decided to eat here today and we were amazed and overwhelmed with joy at how great our server was! (I believe her name is Lisa but I’m not sure. She’s a mom and has brown hair). She was by far the absolute best server we have ever had so of course we left her a great tip! She was very happy and seemed excited to be done her job and those are the kinds of people we love to see in the world! I hope you have an amazing rest of your day and an amazing Christmas! (The kids loved the ice cream sandwich!)Food was perfect as always! We got chips and salsa, 1/2 dozen Cajun oysters, kids grilled cheese with fries, bacon guac burger with curly fries, and some honey sriracha traditional wings with curly fries. Everything looked great and tasted even better!
