Chick-fil-a - Villa Rica

I got two chicken sandwiches last night, and they tasted weird. Both of them, they did not taste how they usually always do from chikfila. There was some off taste to them that wasn't very good.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was cold. The fries that my wife and I ordered tasted stale and were also cold. We got the chicken nuggets and they were hard. Was very disappointed with the food. We have always gotten great food from Chick-fil-A back home. Everyone was super nice though. We all have off times maybe this was theirs. The restaurant was very clean as well.

In the world today, you never know what people are going through. I just want to say THANK YOU!! To whomever wrote this because you definitely Made My Day! ?? and thanks for always providing speedy service and fresh food.

OK for several months me and our family. The chicken seems to be getting smaller.bun bigger than chicken. also it has been to crusty on the edges.kinda chewy.the nuggets more batter than chicken. The waffle frys mostly room temp as a rule ..the mac and cheesy a total 10 .for the increased pricing .giving a free sandwich or nuggets is not the answer. just expect to get what we pay for .not just me many others.

Went to this location for a replacement order, that was given out wrong. Had receipt and mgr. S. Williams refused to replace order. Will not visit this location again, very horrible service.
