Bojangles Of Villa Rica

The cashier informed me that they were out of chicken legs, so I was offered a white breast or wing instead. However, I was charged for a two-piece white meal, which I felt was unfair since I ended up with one of each, a dark and a white piece. On a positive note, the food was tasty. I was curious about how long they've been serving mashed potatoes with sausage gravy, but I found it to be hot and delicious. The dining area was clean, and the drink machine and condiment station were also well-maintained.

I work here and its been good so far, however some employees love to spread gossipy rumours around and get people in trouble for reason, other then that I like working because it keeps me from my complaining grandma. Nice place and the food is pretty tasty.

I ordered the three wings and a biscuit for my husband’s dinner. The only issue was that I wanted to get two orders, but they only had three wings available at 3 PM. I also asked if I could get two sweet potato pies, but they told me they were out of stock. I’ve never encountered a place running out of food so early in the day. If I decide to go back, I would definitely like to try their pies. But that’s a big if.

The morning staff has great customer service, especially during COVID. Very organized and they worked together!!!! I love the Bo-Berry biscuits.

I enjoy their biscuits, but most of the time they tend to be a bit dry. I visited today and, once again, they were dry. I asked for butter to add some moisture, and if we hadn't been sitting in the parking lot, I would have been stuck with a dry biscuit again. It seems like the employees at any of the Bojangles locations just don't listen, which is frustrating. I also wish Bojangles would offer regular hashbrowns; theirs are decent, but sometimes you just want something different.
