They seem to spare your life for asking. They don't want to work. I won't be going back unless the front Bars are full. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
We ordered dinner and one of the tapas was to share, and the waitress had trouble giving us an extra plastic fork, saying that the tapa was for one person only. Don 't even think about having tapas here!!!! We ordered some stuffed olives, some cockles, some mushroom croquettes and some bravas with the sauce on the side. After a moment they bring us a small plate of olives, by the way not stuffed but with bones, and some mussels that we did not order. We tell the waitress that we have ordered cockles or scopinyes . The menu is only in Catalan and the waitress only speaks Spanish, which seems fine to us, but if she confuses scopinyes with musclos perhaps they have to put the menu in Spanish. Then they bring us the cockles and (wow! a plate of patatas bravas with all the sauce on top. We remind the other waiter that we ordered them with the sauce on the side, and he looks at us strangely. I insist, we have not touched them nor will we touch them. He takes them. After a few minutes he brings them to us with the sauces on the side. A wonderful dish of potatoes more frozen than Pingu at the South Pole with two sauces, a jar of mayonnaise and a really bad spicy sauce. And the last hope, the mushroom croquettes arrived, frozen too, but (surprise!! When eating one of them we noticed a piece of hard green plastic inside (what the hell is that doing there? On top of that we looked at the Espinaler sauce that they had brought for the cockles and it had expired since last month, something that according to my understanding is even reportable to Health. Faced with our perplexity with the whole scenario, we paid and ran away never to return. And it turns out that when paying they charge us 4 euros more than what was stated on the menu for the bravas and 2 euros or so more for the cockles with expired sauce. You have to be very fat to deceive customers like this. And pray that the damn dinner doesn 't make us feel bad. A shame.
