A traditional Portuguese restaurant offering a variety of local dishes. The couple that run this hidden gem are so very friendly and helpful. They serve a large repertoire of dishes, and have a good enough command of english to inform you of how the dish is prepared and even where the ingredients where sourced. They have a range of good wines and I look forward to eating here again during my stay in Porto and I will be sampling some more of those wines.
The restaurant is really worth a visit. The staff were very kind and treated us like friends. Roasted goat was the bomb.
A gem in a largely residential area. Karen and Luis couldn't have done more to help 15 middle aged Brits staying in AirBnBs next door. Even opened on Sunday for breakfast when usually closed. Provided a memorable dinner with locally sourced goat, cooked to Luis' Granny's recipe, as the centre piece. Recommended.
The restaurant was phenomenal. The staff was very nice and the food was full of flavour. I really recommend the roasted goat.
On the other side of the Douro this place has magnificent views and fab food. Make sure you get the chef's special francesihna wrapped in a croissant!
