Chi - Viimsi

Always very good food. Amazing how you can have menu with over 100 dished and constany offer good quite good. Upd. during several years it has never really failed. And it is amazing, taking into account the menu of really hundreds of dishes. Recommended for really nice fast food and as good as it gets in shopping center. Service is always friendly as well.

The management of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. There was a mistake in the order, the waitress wrote down a wrong dish. And then we were charged for the dish, that we didn't order. When shown the mistake, the manager just brought back cash for the dish (though we paid by card) and refused to recount the bill although the 20% for the service was counted including that dish. It's okay to make mistakes but we were treated as if it was our mistake. And no apologies were received.

Good for both take out and eating on the spot. Asian fusion, BBQ (shashlyk) and desserts love their banana boat dessert.

Food was ok, but behavior of management of this place was awful. They mixed our order (which is cool with us. We understand).But head of waitresess for the first thing tried place guilt on us. She was quite aggressive towards us and said rude stuff like you lie . Can 't recommend this place, eat somewhere else for the sake of your good mood.

I agree with the abusive behavior of your Chi Restaurant location in the Viimsi Keskus. My wife and I are regulars, we go to the Chi almost every week and also take way almost every Sunday. Yesterday we waited over 15 minutes without even a drink solicitation, although the waitress walked past us 3 times. There were only 3 tables to be served with 3 waitresses. The waitresses worked very slowly with the youngest one doing nothing at all. After making it known that we wished to have our order taken, we continued to be ignored. We left after 15 minutes of this whereby the oldest waitress laughed at us upon leaving the restaurant. My wife and I were very embarrassed by this awful and abusive behavior, especially since we always tip at least 15%. Needless to say, we won’t be back to any Chi or Chopstick locations, we are also alerting the multinational community in Tallinn of the dismissive attitude toward customers. The staff at the Viimsi location are often dismissive and rude, I see this as a critical leadership and management failure for that location.
