The place, the staff—what more... read more On one of the last evenings of February, quite by chance, my wife and I had an extraordinary experience. What a wonderful moment! The place, the staff—what more can I say than congratulations! But that's not all! A huge thank you to the chef who allowed us to savor his cuisine, where taste truly serves the ingredients. A beautiful harmony of flavors. The different dishes were so delightful, an exceptional signature that allowed us to discover another way of approaching the art of refined cuisine. A big bravo! What are some areas for improvement in this incredible tasting experience? A better adjustment of portion sizes, perhaps a slightly oversized starter. And a bit more flair, like a cocktail prepared fresh in front of the customer? A crème brûlée flambéed at the table? In any case, our sincere congratulations, and we will certainly be back!
