Every now and then I like to stop at this place to eat tex mex, unfortunately the kitchen is no longer that of a time.....ordiiamo 2 kilos nachos, recipe changed with ingredients that make them so special, arrive at the table without forks or napkins
I'm very angry. This is the second time in a few weeks I attend this place. On both occasions, I ordered a beef fajitas. Nothing to say about quality but really much about owner and staff. Being in the company of a intolerant person to chicken meat, I expressly ordered the beef. It can certainly happen to be wrong and apart from an 'an hour' wait, for frozen meat, we were delivered chicken fajitas. I ask the waitress, she goes to the kitchen and comes back and says she's beef! The beef is dark, the chicken is clear, isn't it? I think you've marked well, but in the kitchen, they're having trouble recognizing meat. After an hour? Do you need chicken instead of beef? Okay, patience, it happens. I order another beer that I need to prompt. Few tables, 2 people in the room and nobody at the drinking counter. Hunger really moves. Patience. Here comes the beef fajitas! Immediately known that in the middle there are some pieces of chicken! I'm asking you to talk to the owner. We point out that in the beef there is chicken and she denies clamorously. We explain that the person with me is intolerant to the chicken. The owner, says that intolerances do not exist and that the courses he did not raise the problem of intolerance. Another beautiful phrase he said: or the course manager does not know or do not know me, intolerances do not exist. Doing is as a simplified man who thinks he has two fools in front of him who can turlupine by doing the superb. Below, run in the kitchen, bring two frozen pieces, one of beef and one of chicken. This, to make us understand that chicken lists are cut thicker than beef. My partner, she's been working in the kitchen for many years. The list, can you cut them thick or thin, dear my cook, should we tell you? Then he's whitened. I didn't want to listen anymore, I went to the box, paid, and we went out. Dear my owner and cook, to two people who point out the difference between chicken and beef, you can only apologize. You have a wrong command and it happens, maybe you wanted to do the trick and put on purpose some piece of chicken, maybe it happened because in your local there is confusion, I don't know and I don't stress but in front of a tempted teasing two adult people who make you present a health problem, you just have to be ashamed of trying to tease us. Perhaps no one dies and the damage is a bit of pinch in the mouth and itching in the throat but it was also only that the chicken might not like us, shame, apologize and avoid cashing 20€, as a result of your mistake. That's real shame. Before you go to this place, arm yourself with patience, check out the food if you have intolerance or allergy.
After booking we arrived at 21:30, after ordering twice to drink.... at the dawn of 23:00 still from the kitchen you see nothing. After warning them... from the kitchen we were told “you could say it before”!!!! I know the place and unfortunately it is no longer that of once, now it is a bad place.
The Jack Biker 's is one of those premises of the past , where you can find good food, (from the snacks to a real dinner where there is for all tastes and also attention to intolerance and allergies) of the good beers and lots of good music... and then, the staff, always at hand and kind, to feel at home...
