only the mofongo truck was open when we left, but that was all we needed! I have the mofongo con habichuelas buzzing and delicious. eating was pretty fast done, eating truck staff was very friendly, and the picnic table were a great place to enjoy the meal! View all feedback.

There were many vegan options to choose from. Loved the Mofongo but especially loved the Trifongo vegan option.
We stayed here for breakfast after we arrived on the island on Sunday morning because no other places were open. There are no vegan options on the “breakfast truck” and they were completely made of fruit. There can be more vegan options on the other truck for lunch and dinner.
They have a vegetarian menu, and most, maybe, everything on it can be made vegan, just ask. Cassava is the star here mofongo and trifongo. You can get it with beans or salad. The mamposteado rice is delicious too. You can get it as a side. Plentiful open air tables with shade w roosters, hens and iguanas walking about. Highly recommend!
The trifongo with salad was so delicious that we went here a few times on our trip. It has a decent veg menu - rice and beans were also killers! Get back on the next Vieques adventure!
