Sisamouth - Vientiane

After searching for a place to eat, we noticed this place full of locals. They had no English menu and the entire staff combined perhaps spoke 20 words English, but we have winged it and are happy that we did it. What delicious fresh food and at a great price. Very recommended as long as you are ready to be a bit adventurous.

Pork breast, a unique cut of pork barbecue was excellent textured fibers of the meat make it more satisfying! Pork tongue was not my favorite, and the beef cuts (bottom plate in triple stack) should be enjoyed medium or medium well to preserve tenderness. Bbq is enjoyed in the roof top (5th floor) and hot pot is served on the 1st floor.

Overall, this restaurant provides good services but there is a limited of parking lot in front of the restaurant. However, you can park at the parking lot nearby and get a refund on the parking ticket by showing the ticket during paying the bill.
