Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Ideal for 2 but even more luxury for solo travelers like me. Cosy nights sleep followed by a blissful hot shower the next morning before check-out. I was in Vienna for 2 nights, but could only afford a night stay because of my circumstances, the lady behind the bar said that I was in the 2nd. Back at night and could sit in the bar in the heat until my train is back to the airport early the next morning. Kept up with many drinks, I could charge my phone to the full battery and rest my legs after a busy day in the warm, luxurious bar area. All in all, a 5-star experience at this hotel and would come back 100% at my next visit to Vienna.

The room was very comfortable quiet. What really made the difference was the extraordinary staff. With Jet I ended chatting w/ Lone, which was so incredibly friendly and personal. System is quite slim and the bar below is a dope place to read. One thing I needed for a while was that the main light switches in the rooms can turn off and turn on when you press them quickly, they are not just dimmer switches.

The breakfast is great, the stuff is super friendly. They have a cozy bar-cafe space. We wanted to give special thanks to Maxi, a guy working at the reception for supporting us in a tough situation when Agoda-Priceline did a mistake in our booking. Do not use these platforms, because they will fail you, go directly to the hotel website to make sure your vacation goes smoothly.
