Ruby Sofie - Vienna

Booked here very last minute (about an hour before arrival) back in November after leaving through another hotel. was warmly greeted with a smile in the main reception / 24 hours bar and directed to the rooms. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Ideal for 2 but even more luxury for solo travelers like me. Cosy nights sleep followed by a blissful hot shower the next morning before check-out. I was in Vienna for 2 nights, but could only afford a night stay because of my circumstances, the lady behind the bar said that I was in the 2nd. Back at night and could sit in the bar in the heat until my train is back to the airport early the next morning. Kept up with many drinks, I could charge my phone to the full battery and rest my legs after a busy day in the warm, luxurious bar area. All in all, a 5-star experience at this hotel and would come back 100% at my next visit to Vienna.

What a great hotel staff! The room was very comfortable quiet. What really made the difference was the extraordinary staff. With Jet I ended chatting w/ Lone, which was so incredibly friendly and personal. The manager, Monica, also answered questions for me and went out of her way to make me feel at home. ♪ I'm going back to Vienna, I'm staying with Ruby Sofie:

I really enjoyed this hotel. It has enough character to be interesting without it coming as gaudy. System is quite slim and the bar below is a dope place to read. One thing I needed for a while was that the main light switches in the rooms can turn off and turn on when you press them quickly, they are not just dimmer switches.

Very nice hotel and staff. Breakfast is very fresh with seasonal products. Nevertheless, it would be great to add some scrambled eggs and omelet. The rooms are trendy and comfortable. Location is perfect!

The hotel was lovely. Super cool with all the decorations and small additions to the room’s decor. Rooms were small but clean and fun. Overall had a great stay.
