After reaching them via phone, staff told me that their opening hours are from while confirmed booking was on Very disappointed.

We arrived at and were shown to a table in the ante room where all other tables were occupied. The waiter was friendly and helpful and after...receiving drinks we ordered after minutes. Starters were provided within minutes and were very good. An hour later, we still were waiting for the mains.We spoke to the waiter and he said it'd be just a few minutes after another minutes and pretty much hours since we arrived I spoke to the waiter at the bar/reception area. It just was not acceptable he fully accepted the delay apologised minutes later the food arrived. He was most apologetic and offered free drinks/desserts should we so wish. We declined and asked for the bottle of wine we had taken off the bill. He agreed readily and provided the bill with no tip expectation. We paid and left. Very disappointing, clearly something had gone wrong (as other guests were arriving and receiving their orders in decent time). The food was of a high standard although it is a bit on the pricey side compared to other restaurants. Would I return? Probably not, although the food was good, the price and the delays experienced would make me look elsewhere in a city with many other options.

O local é muito agradáve... read more Estávamos hospedados bem pertinho. Já ia com recomendações sobre o Rosnovsky und co. Foi o primeiro jantar. Foram rápidos e simpáticos. O local é muito agradável e fora do ambiente turístico! Além disso as pessoas que lá estão são de uma grande simpatia e bondade. Num final de noite deixaram nos sentar na esplanada para beber uma cerveja, juntaram se a nós e conversamos imenso Além de boa comida e do bom vinho, trouxe do Rosnovsky und co uma das experiências humanas mais bonitas de Viena. Recomendo a toda a gente !!!! We were staying very close. I was already going with recommendations on Rosnovskyundco. It was the first dinner. They were quick and friendly. The place is very nice and out of the touristy atmosphere! Moreover the people who are there are of great sympathy and kindness. At the end of the night they sat down on the terrace to drink a beer, joined us and talked a lot In addition to good food and good wine, brought from Rosnovskyundco one of the most beautiful human experiences in Vienna. Highly recommend to everyone !!!!
