For lunch another day we had soup and sausagues, all... read more Really nice for Sunday brunch - if you are more than 2 people suggested to make a reservation, really busy! For lunch another day we had soup and sausagues, all good only the pumpkin soup had a little different spicing taste as usual for resturants, big portion is really big! That time the service was a bit slow, other times not at all! Recommended also for cocktails in the evening.

Because it was so busy it took a long time to order drinks and food and our drinks order was forgotten on 2 occasions. We did not really enjoy our meals, but in fairness that was probably because what we thought we ordered was not what we got. Put it down to lost in translation.

Not speaking a word of German, Sasha, our waiter was very helpful in showing us the menu, and making great suggestions on what we fancied eating. Overall, the service was great, and we continued to chat to the waiter for the duration of our stay. Would definitely recommend when visiting Vienna, a lovely place with friendly and helpful staff.

Turns out inside i... read more Could be 4 stars really... Every time I pass Rochus there is a rumpus... it’s always packed. There is often a queue. I couldn’t work out why. Turns out inside is massive and you can walk in and get a table, or reserve. Outside is smoking and limited, which is where Austrians seem to want to sit, hence the queue. They are queuing for outside. So if you want inside, walk past. Service good. They just need to be more organised.
