With all that out of the way, what an AMAZING experience. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, very friendly and not at all pushy. The food was exquisite and the drink pairings were well made. The ambience was good with cool jazz in the background and, with only 5 tables, a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. Not a cheap adventure, but a worthwhile one for sure.
