The gents washbasin was disgusting, looked like hadn't been cleaned fo... read more Lunchtime and we were the only customers. Greeted by a barking dog and a miserable woman. The gents washbasin was disgusting, looked like hadn't been cleaned for days. The ladies toilet also dirty and without toilet paper. The gent who waited on us at table wore a filthy t shirt. Minestrone soup OK but served without parmesan and by same grumpy lady. Sole dish was nice but potato obviously reheated. Unwelcoming and off putting atmosphere throughout. No customer service whatsoever, most unusual al for Italian restauranteurs. Maybe it's an Austrian thing?Small wonder we were the only customers, unless you count the dog who was by now sitting on one of the chairs.
