The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and professional, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Offered complimentary apples all day long. While the location is slightly away from the historic center and requires a bit of walking to reach most attractions, the charm of the hotel more than made up for it. Overall, a beautifully designed, peaceful retreat in Vienna. Highly recommend!

It was always a pleasure to return to the room after a very busy day walking around the elegant city of Vienna. The follow through from start to finish I give very high marks. We hope to return again. Please don't change anything. As we say if it ain't broke don't fix it .

The location is perfect as there is a metro station right next to the entrance of the hotel. If you prefer to see the main sights by foot, you do have to walk for a bit which is something to consider.
