However, I must mention that the majo... read more I visited this ice cream shop in Vienna and found their ice cream to be absolutely delicious, one of the best in the city. However, I must mention that the majority of the staff, except for a young man, exhibited rude behavior during my visit. When attempting to pay with a card, I was informed it wasn't possible. Though I understood, what disappointed me was that after the cash payment, the staff member mentioned there was a 10€ minimum purchase for card payments, which had not been communicated earlier. When I inquired about the rudeness, another colleague joined in and started shouting at me, which was unacceptable. Such treatment of a frequent customer is disheartening and detracts from the otherwise delightful ice cream experience.

I found the ice cream itself nicely flavoured, with good variety for sure, but the flavours I picked were a bit too sugary sweet. Service left a lot to be desired, as a customer you are largely ignored and seem to be an annoyance to them. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
