Extremely unfriendly to tourists. I understand wanting to keep a place for locals, but a large man aggressively approached us, saying they were closed and we couldn’t eat there, even though we were just calmly walking down the street. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary encounter. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I had the goulash over priced more 17 euro for a small portion and they say you get potato yes you get but 1 potato cute in half i would never go back i think who goes 1 time they never go back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30
A local led us to visit this pub as we couldn't find another place and it was pretty good!!! Great place to visit football and drink good beer! Schnitzel and Goulash were also very delicious with cheap prices!! Also propagates the service that over her age and the number of people she had to serve, she treats it great!! I definitely recommend this place and I would like to visit it again!
When I lived in Vienna 20 years ago, the Pints and the Schnitzel were absolutely the best in this café. Now the portions are smaller, the prices are more expensive and even if the waiters are as old-fashioned and the atmosphere was not so pleasant. That said it remains a great place to watch football during tournaments like the Euro Cup and you could do significantly worse food, but if you are looking for a traditional café to have an unforgettable Viennese meal, this is probably not the place.
