Food is decent but service became really bad, personnel screaming and cursing in front of customers is such a bad atmosphere. I had never seen than before in any food place.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The service is unprofessional, and the energy is low and dark. The restaurant was empty when I walked in hours before closing, and after waiting for the one person in front of me for a little under 10 minutes I wasn’t greeted at all. Instead looked at as an annoyance. I had to ask the woman if she was open. After stating that I didn’t want the drink and asked if I could have extra fries instead I was told I could have an extra biscuit, to which I agreed. But when I got my order there were 10 fries in the box and the tiniest chicken tenders I’d ever seen in my life. Like BRUH!! I asked them if it was the normal amount they serve and the manager texting the ENTIRE time wouldn’t even make eye contact or look up. Instead they talked amongst themselves about me in Spanish although they both speak English, brought a replacement fry out in a bag and tried to compare amounts! Like what?! I was so mad I walked out not even wanting to discuss a refund. Just wanting to be clear from that awful restaurant and staff. Unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and ignorant. 1 outta 10! Don’t waste your . 12 dollars for 3 baby tenders, 10 fries and awful service.

The chicken sandwich was nice.The service was a total mess. When I arrived I was second in line. Ten minutes later I was still second in line, now with 8 other people behind me.Five staff were on duty, not one of them made eye contact the whole time as they ambled around the front counter putting boxes together.It's not rocket science in a fast food setting to take your orders as fast as possible to avoid letting un-acknowledged customers become a bottleneck.It creates a vibe, which it did. At least 2 people turned away while I was waiting having seen the line snaking back to the door.

This fried chicken is juicy, flavorful, and fresh, and those buttery biscuits are amazing ? ?Tammy is a nice cashier and all the crew member was really nice.
