Domino's Pizza - Vienna

My friends and I visited the Teh area twice and it was fantastic! The location and atmosphere are wonderful. The staff was warm, friendly, and efficient.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza place. The service was poor, and the pizza itself was not good. They also forgot to deliver some items, and when I called to address the issue, they answered the phone but then just hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I received my order shortly after the placement. I followed the order on the tracker and the food was ready for over 45 minutes before it was delivered. Although I was called and insured that the order would be fresh at delivery, it was not. The best I can say is that it was above room temperature. The sandwich was all bread and the pasta was all pasta. Almost no filling to the sandwich and no sauce to the pasta. Bad experience. I gave up Domino years ago and I was reminded why.

Pizza shouldn't take an hour. Every time I order from this place, there is always a delay. They are not apologetic it is normal for this place. You don't deserve my business. I could have gone to Mod Pizza and got better service and taste.Buyer Beware of long waiting times!!!!

I want to take a moment to thank Frances, the manager at this location. I ordered a pizza that I had tried only once before, but the taste was quite different this time. When I called the store, Frances took excellent care of me. She immediately apologized and presented me with several solutions. I truly appreciate a manager like her, especially in an era when genuine customer service seems hard to come by. Great job, Frances!
