Soft paste, varied choice of vegetables. Bake in the wood fire in front of you. Top! Nice service.
We had tasted a pizza with a vacuum attic of St Paul Cap de Joux, and we had been conquered (old and demanding amateurs) by the quality of the products and cooking in a suitable way, it was pro work. We went to Vielmur (although living Réalmont) and renewed the experience with happiness and success. Well done, all the pizzerias can't say that!
One alternates the pizzas to take with the other pizzeria here the paste is succulent, a little thick as we love it and with a good cooking taste in wood fire, there is a choice, the filling is instead a little nice service
I was passing through the area to see the family. I had 1 hour left when we crossed the village of Vielmur, but we started to have very fine (it was almost 22h . We saw the pizzeria that didn't pay a mine and hesitated to stop us (my wife didn't want to. We did well to stop! We were well received, and pizzas were fantastic (among the best I could taste. We highly recommend this pizzeria. Only small flat, pizzas don't eat on the spot, we ate them on a bench. We are not often in the region, but we will not fail to return there;
