Alex runs it with passion and a sympathetic attitude to the produce He was a great host The food was superb with many modern regional dishes including hams, tuna, tomatoes, cheese and much much more A great selection of Spanish wines, plus if you like gin it’s like coming home They really know how to look after their guests Well worth a visit

Highly recommend the burrata with truffle oil (we may have ordered this a few times! Hats off to our ginologist and waiter Alex! Will definitely be going back again.

The rest... read more We visited on a Saturday night in late July. We made a reservation for 8 pm, which secured us the best table in the house, beautifully laid out for us. The restaurant is very small (5 tables in the main section), very cozy but very atmospheric. There were two very friendly staff, the manager and his assistant the manager (sorry, I didn't get his name) spoke excellent English and guided us through the menu options. We quickly settled on the regional tasting menu for €45 for two people, which included a starter, a main course and a dessert as well as a bottle of wine. What a fantastic choice a lovely salad, followed by a huge platter of delicious cheese, tasty pate and high quality cold meat. All served with delicious fresh toasted bread drizzled with olive oil. Finally a choice of desserts, although I made the mistake of having another cheese dish when I was totally cheesed out !!!! Still, it was lovely. So if you are in Vielha, don't pass this restaurant by, the food and the service and the price make it a lovely evening. Highly recommended.

It was lovely to be by the big window over the river as well. We had the Norwegian salmon and the carpaccio with some regional wines. Everything was great, and we will definitely visit again before leaving.
