Great food for cheap. I got a full meal for under $5. My only complaint is that the building doesn't seem to be wheelchair accessible (unless there is a back entrance), so I couldn't bring my mom back with me.
Super nice staff and cozy place, but my food wasn’t great at all… especially for the price.Came at lunch time and got the special, which was pot roast with potatoes, celery, carrots and rice. Sounded good. Came out with a little crescent roll and small cobb of corn. Overall, it was very homemade looking, which is great. The bad part is that it was pretty cold, and honestly tasted kind of like canned or prepackaged roast beef : the rice was the bulk of the dish sitting at the bottom and tasted like minute rice)… and there truly was only one small bite of roast beef in the whole dish, along with. Small bite of fat. The rest was just rice and a few potato chunks. All for $13.Truly not trying to be mean, but just giving my experience. Like I said, the staff was great and super friendly, and kept my drink full! Left a nice tip, but probably won’t be back.
Small little diner with great food, great prices, and great service. Pancakes were very light with crispy edges.
Me and my boyfriend went this morning, my first time, I got a meat and cheese omelette w/grits and toast while my boyfriend got the triple burger w/fries?. 20/10 Recommend!!! The prices on the menu aren’t accurate, but it’s just by a few cents. The owners are welcoming and helpful. We might be back in the morning.
