What Minh Trinh doesn't like about The Marina:
Let me tell you why i gave this one star to Oak Bay Marina Restaurant today. Had lunch today with my family at noon on August 17th. We walked in with a group of six since they’re closed Mondays and Tuesdays therefore couldn’t make a reservation via voicemail. We were seated quickly, not a problem there. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about menu items and our order came within a very short time. The seafood was fresh and deliciously prepared, and the portions ample. We always love the Marina restaurant's ambiance, and gazing over the ocean andboats outside in this unique location:
Wonderful gluten free options (including sushi) excellent service, beautiful view and great atmosphere.
The view, service and food were top notch. Was invited by the Doctor we work for, and can't wait to bring my fiance to experience the great food and ambiance.
The Marina never disappoints. Including its fabulous view, the food, service and ambiance are second to none. I'd post a pic if I could, but I have to say the presentation is gorgeous. And since dessert is my favourite part of the meal, I just have to say that both the pecan pie and the creme brulee were outstanding and yes, I did try them both! A fantastic bit of paradise in Oak Bay.
Came today at 2pm with 17 in our red hat group. Was excellent in so many ways. Totally recommend. Super service. Food. View. Food presentation. Restaurant set up. Table set up. Felt very welcome. Definitely come again.
