Ordered a BLT and was handed the sandwich. When I opened it, it had no B or T just lettuce. When I came back inside I was told they had no bacon or tomato. Probably something I should have been told before trying to pawn it off. Thanks for the bun with lettuce. View all feedback.
Timmies just isn't the Timmies it used to be. The drive through is insanely quick but make sure you check your bag before leaving the window.
Waited at the till for 5mins the manager and the drive threw person was just standing there talking one even made eye contact with me and continued goofing around, time has gone so down hill this spot should just be another Starbucks
Good coffee shop but there always seems to be a lineup. And I hate lineups.
Staff are overwhelmed with work. As someone who's worked at this location, we were always understaffed, and management wasn't that nice.
Worst customer service I 've ever experienced. Drive through window server cursed at me. They keep putting my dogs plain timbit right into the chocolate on top of a lava cookie. Chocolate is toxic to dogs. They shouldn 't be putting anything right into the chocolate on the top of this cookie, let alone Timbits that are for a dog. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Filed a complaint with the corporate office as well. Update the owner emailed me back and excused the employees behaviour and blamed it on the covid pandemic . Basically said the employees actions were an acceptable way to speak to a customer. I 've never been so disappointed. I will no longer be visiting this, or any other Tim Hortons locations. 30+ year customer lost.
