we had a great dinner last night in the collective. a lot of fun trying the different flights from wein! the charcuterie board was incredible and to finish it, they pampered us with a dessert board to help us celebrate our birthdays. I will return absolutely! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Collective Wine Kitchen:
The hostess and sever neglected to tell us they had a special and we overheard them telling a later table. We had issues finding something we liked as one dish had been removed since our last visit and it was our favourite, As it turned out, the special wa something we would both have ordered if informed. Main courses are overpriced even accounting for inflation. View all feedback.

The starters we had were wonderful. The Lobster Croquette and Grilled Zucchini were tasty. My wife's steaks was excellent. They don't know how to cook Sable Fish. And we enjoyed the wine even if they no longer serve my favorite (Ferrari Carano Siena) Wes
The food was superb!! The quality and freshness of the food at The Collective surpassed all other restaurants that I have experienced in Victoria, BC. Being a Foodie , I am often disappointed at restaurants that serve frozen, pre-cooked, warmed over food that in a home setting would only be considered left-overs. What a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant that obviously makes food from scratch and plates it for immediate consumption! The desserts were also delicious. I am not a big fan of most desserts because they are often sickly sweet. The sugar masks all other flavours. This was not the case at the Collective. I 'd give them 10/ 10 for there Chocolate Mousse and Pecan Pie. Thank you!
