Small sushi restaurant in a strip mall on Fairfield that offers a selection of specialty rolls and other usual dishes.
Even mediocre sushi starts with the quality of the rice Sushi fields rice is poor at best.
Ordered a bento box todayIt was just blandMiso soup had no seaweed or tofu in it! The one piece of "tofu" was actually just a tiny piece of bread.

Small and friendly restaurant, very professional waitress service, calm and polite even when very busy. Superb food, freshly made sushi and a very wide choice of food. I asked the waitress for advice and accepted her recommendation, excellent choice!I will most certainly return, for those that are new to the wide variety of Sushi and Japanese food, this is the place to visit.
