Subway - Victoria

I purchased several footlong subs today and was not impressed. Not only was there a language barrier that made the process difficult, but the subs were made incorrectly with the meat placed before the chicken was toasted. Upon taking a few bites, we realized that the meat was still fatty, undercooked, and coarse. Additionally, there was hardly any sauce, making the sandwich very dry. This was my first time at this place and will definitely be my last. Very disappointing experience.

I am giving 5 stars only to inform others that this restaurant has closed down and is no longer in operation. It is now just a Home Depot. LOL.

The service at this restaurant is not friendly and lacks a customer-oriented approach, making you feel rushed when ordering. I often don't even get a chance to ask about the menu before placing my order. Despite living nearby, I choose to drive further for better service.

The staff is excellent and always goes above and beyond. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management or ownership. Thank you!

I have visited many Subway restaurants, usually the one in Westshore Town Centre. However, I must say that this one is the best. The staff is friendly and amazing. When I walk in the door at Home Depot, they instantly recognize me and greet me with big smiles. I really enjoy this Subway and I don't understand why it's not more popular. It's quick, clean, and most importantly, delicious. You would be missing out if you don't give this Subway a try. Trust me, I may be a big guy, but I know good food when I taste it.
