Food was not great quality and the quantity was tiny for the price. It showed up and I was embarrassed to show it to my guest who wanted Chinese. Will never eat here again. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.

Wow and again Wow ! Did I transport back in time to the glory days of Chinese Food . So delicious ! I highly recommend. My Atmosphere 5 star was based on what I saw as I picked up my take out , but the dining area did look immaculately clean, but keep in mind it is a retired Tim Hortons , not the fancy dining experience the Original Sam Pan in Saanich Center . Wheelchair accessibility: No need for wheelchair accessibility , but it appears it wouldnt be a problem , basically flat hard sirface no stairs
