Saigon Char-Broil - Victoria

Cheap and yummy! Nothing fancy, but surprisingly good. Really fast and easy. Have had their salad and their bowls

We stopped in here for dinner after a movie the other day and had a moderately successful meal in that we were all fed but I wasn't happy that I asked if it was possible to have only a spring roll and plain noodles for my daughter and what they ended up bringing me cost more than any of the other five people at the table who ordered full meals!! Also my son usually orders brochettes at our local Vietnamese place as all he wants is meat or prawns and I was told he had to order a full meal with noodles, spring roll, and roasted veg (which he wouldn't eat) in order to get any meat. Not withstanding these weird menu (non) options, another member of my partyOrdered spicy beef pho and the meat was all fatty (or connective tissue) and was inedible. My own meal was ok but I ended up giving all my chicken to my son to make up for his lack of protein on the plate. So. I would likely not return here again as I like to have more menu options in my Vietnamese restaurants but what I actually ate was ok.

Very fast service. Some of the dishes could use a little less noodles. I took had of the noodles home.

Very busy, but efficient service with a smile every time. Ordered the vermicelli noodles with prawns and crispy spring roll. Excellent! Amazing staff, always friendly and welcoming. Large menu to choose from. Really enjoy the options available.

Went there after a work out (I was starving) close to 8pm and order grilled lemon grass chicken with rice. I was very happy to see my food come out within minute of my order but I was extremely disappointed when I saw my food. Instead of char grilled chicken, I was served pre charred chicken refried in deep fryer......I should've just went home and ate. To add the server got out the broom and started sweeping around me. Can I man eat without dust flying all around him? You know you still have an hour to close. I thought restaurants clean after they closed... Very disappointed and never coming back.
